There are two major steps in obtaining any permit. The first involves filling and completing the All Other Permit Form, attaching all necessary documents. At the bottom of the permit form, there will an area where residents can select and pay for the permit they are wishing to apply for.
To insure your permit is granted in the quickest time possible, please be sure to read all instructions and attach all necessary documents. Prior to being able to do business, all businesses must obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. If you do not have a Certificate of Occupancy, you may find the application linked above, then fill out the Certificate of Occupancy Form and pay the fee. A Certificate of Occupancy, which is good for an entire year, is $106 and can be paid online as well.

For commercial projects, submit 3 sets of plans and specifications.
A plot plan, for each copy of plans and specification must be submitted with all construction documents.
